This position will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies for Taiwan to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and executive engagement for sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to work well with other function leaders and channel partners, as well as to build a strong marketing team in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic marketing plans to support sales objectives and brand initiatives.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, including 3rd party events, Ansys-owned events with over 1,000 attendees, brand awareness campaigns, and global campaigns aligned with local customized promotions and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Sales/ACE, APAC, and Global Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotional materials.
  • Manage and mentor a team of field marketing specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Establish key metrics to measure the success of field marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and channel partners.
  • Oversee the budget for Taiwan field marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Provide regular reports on field marketing performance and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role, preferably within the Taiwan market.
  • Proven track record of successful field marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as SFDC, MA.
  • Fluency in English.
