The primary role of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to qualify leads together with the SDR leadership team, sales, pre-sales and the field marketing team. The objective of this role is to support the generation of inbound leads, route appropriately and in a timely manner. 


We are open on location and happy for candidates to apply that would prefer to work from home, strong preference for candidates with a basic understanding of Chinese language skills.



  • Lead flow ownership within Salesforce to ensure attribution of campaign is met through inbound and outbound lead generation. 
  • Collaborate with SDR Leadership, Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Marketing and Field Marketing on event/ webinar, website leads and Drift chat function.
  • Execute the required nurture engagement plan developed with SDR Leadership, Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Marketing and Field Marketing on each lead.
  • Encourage sharing of best practices on lead nurturing across the organization.
  • Collaborate with SDR Leadership, Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to engage high priority leads in a timely manner. 
  • Leverage/use the CRM and other technology to identify targets, prioritize outreach, track activity, engagement and performance.
  • The role is largely office based.



  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in business, marketing or engineering.
  • Experience in Marketing/Field Marketing, sales/lead development, IT& Software environment preferred. 
  • Understanding of IT sales environment and account planning with the ability to think strategically and work as part of a team to develop account strategy
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal are required; good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social selling tools.
  • Active promoter of his/her ideas ability to influence others and challenge for change. 
  • Highly reliable: attention to detail and accuracy is a must. 
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, with excellent team working skills. 
  • Good organizational skills. able to work well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage data and manage dashboards.
  • Good proficiency in English required.
