The Principal Product Manager is an expert-level professional that demonstrates leadership and creativity on complex projects and shows foresight through translation of significant market needs to product roadmaps. The individual is a thought leader and subject matter expert within a discipline and provides direct advice to senior leadership that impacts business growth.


•Leads product initiatives within core competency of IC power, RTL through Layout
•Technology evangelist, providing deep use case knowledge for area of core competency
•Engages with critical customers for planning, roadmap, and deployment of solutions
•Provides thought leadership in technical public forums: Conferences, Field Events, Executive round tables, etc.
•Partners with ACE and sales to drive business
•Partners with product specialists for new feature readiness
•Responsible for the entire product life cycle, from its functional description through product launch to retirement


•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field with 12 years of combined experience in engineering, computer aided engineering (CAE) simulations, pre-sales support, sales, or customer engagement, or master’s degree with 10 years of experience, or PhD with 8 years of experience
•Recognized as a subject matter expert for IC power analysis and reduction
•Experience developing strategic initiatives and GTM strategies based on market foresight
•Ability to clearly communicate the business value of technical innovations to senior leadership


•Advanced degree in business, science or engineering, 15+ years of combined experience in engineering, CAE simulations, or technical sales
•Ability to provide thought leadership across multiple disciplines
•Ability to prepare updates to executive and senior leadership team on product deliverables, strategy and key financial metrics
