Summary / Role Purpose:

This role will be ready to innovate and explore what’s possible in the world of Process Improvement. Senior Business Process Analysts are in charge of driving the collaborations and documenting business opportunities for enhancements, such as automation using latest the RPA, APA and AI solutions. They are responsible for playing a key role in gathering a deep level understanding of processes and data that will be used to make informed business decisions to find better technological solutions to business needs. Process Advisory uses a variety of tools for analysis, from process mining to traditional process improvement methods to determine the root causes and deliver the best solutions for customers.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Become process experts to be an information source between business and IT
  • Lead the successful delivery of process improvement and process mining engagements in line with defined objectives and agreed on timelines
  • Evaluate as-is processes and recommend improvement and automation plans.
  • Present updates, results, and realized value to senior management
  • Help customers drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through process improvement methodologies and Process Mining tools.
  • Document business requirements through collaboration with customers.
  • Work with the Process Automation Development team to implement Automation Solutions.
  • Draw input and build influence with stakeholders, working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Collaborate and act as a liaison between business and IT to carry out successful user acceptance testing.
  • Participate in all agile ceremonies, and provide all necessary details to the development and quality assurance teams
  • Analyze the defects and help to get more understanding from business as needed
  • Participate and train the users through demos and creating user manuals
  • Participate in pre-production and post-production activities to ensure proper hand-offs.

 

JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in working with IT and other business functions.
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience on Process Mining tools such as Celonis.
  • Minimum 2+ Years of experience in working with Robotic/Analytic Process Automations teams.
  • Previous experience working directly with senior business leadership translating business needs into project requirements.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problems solving skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
  • Understanding of databases and networks.
  • Process analysis and modeling.
  • Process Mining and process optimization.
  • Requirements gathering and documenting business scenarios as-is and to-be.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Industry knowledge in Process Automation Space.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or process improvement experience
  • Experience in relational databases
  • Working knowledge of one or more process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining/Process Gold, PAFnow, ARIS, etc.)
  • Experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
