Summary / Role Purpose 

The SimAI platform is a SaaS AI-based technology that brings unprecedented speed, innovation and accessibility to simulation. It is based on proprietary Deep Learning algorithms at the forefront of state-of-the-art AI. With Ansys SimAI, users can train AI models using simulation results and then can reliably predict the performance of complex problems in minutes instead of hours or days. It empowers users to take faster decisions, make faster iterations and ultimately boost innovation. 

The SimAI Product Specialist has a deep understanding of how the SimAI product works, with a focus on the deployment options of the SimAI product (private cloud and SaaS). He/She will work closely with other product experts/owners, Ansys Customer excellence R&D across various activities that impact enablement and deployment of SimAI.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of SimAI products and the deployment tech stack to be recognized as a SimAI project implementation/deployment expert within the organization & customers.
  • Collaborate with various R&D teams to release a robust framework to build, test, document, deliver and deploy SimAI
  • Lead & coordinate deployment enablement activities for Ansys services team uch as infrastructure, training, troubleshooting, and support case escalation
  • Work with cross- functional teams to triage/track/resolve field requests, and communicate with R&D and PM.

  • Develop the trust and respect of team members
  • Learn new tasks and adapt to change, establish priorities, and handle various tasks simultaneously.

 Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years’ experience
  • Track record of helping deliver technical projects involving coordination betweens teams
  • Ability to manage complex field/customer engagements

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent technical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, AWS platform and other cloud-related technologies
  • Experience delivering high-quality support for large-scale commercial software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a geographically distributed team
