Summary / Role Purpose
This temporary role of Junior Field Marketing Specialist is to assist the French Field Marketing Manager and team during a period of heightened workload and increased local resource demand. Responsibilities will include supporting the team through the transitional period of integrating new company branding and marketing strategies and processes, whilst ensuring continuity in the promotion and delivery of the existing marketing plan for 2025. The ideal candidate is highly organized with an upbeat, can-do attitude, impeccable attention to detail, and a collaborative style.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in integration process of new company branding, marketing strategies and processes.
- Support the local field marketing team in logistical execution of demand generation campaigns, customer-faced marketing activities, field events, tradeshow, webinars.
- Manage and deliver vertical campaigns for one or more industries with a mix of marketing tactics.
- Work collaboratively with account managers to nurture customer engagement.
- Manage global strategic marketing initiatives such as product or content launches, digital marketing, internal communications and account-based marketing strategies
- Promote local and marketing activities through social media
- Maintain and optimize vendor relationships and manage allocated budgets
- Track, measure, and report on campaign metrics across field marketing programs
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- Bac + 4 or 5 diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or Writing
- A minimum of 2 years’ marketing-related experience in B2B
- A good working level of written and spoken English
- An understanding of online/offline program/events management, particularly webinar management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated, with experience of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with marketing tactics including event management – physical and virtual- campaign execution, paid media, paid social, content syndication, and experience with the modern marketing technology stack (Pardot, Salesforce, Monday.com) is preferred
- Prior experience working in a technical business setting with engineers or in engineering simulation is a plus
This role may involve some travel in Europe, 10-20% max
This is a temporary contract of 12 months.
