Summary / Role Purpose

The main role of the marketing assistant is to support the French marketing team (4 people) in executing local strategies such as Account Based Marketing (specific tactic to an account) and events (tradeshows, seminars, conferences but also webinars) in order to foster new lead acquisition.

Collaboration with sales will be crucial.



Key Duties and Responsibilities


1/ Account Based Marketing

  • On selected accounts, work in collaboration with the ABM Marketing specialist to search useful data/contacts on Linkedin Navigator or other tools, import them in to our CRM
  • Prepare marketing campaigns using salesforce and Ansys tools with these key accounts. Marketing campaign can be an email, content syndication content, newsletter, a tradeshow, a conference, a seminar or a webinar, a social media post etc.
  • Organize and host webinars with our key accounts (creation of the event on Webex or teams, invite customers, promote the event, host the event, and prepare post event activities)


2/ Internal newsletter

  • Editorial chief of our monthly newsletter
  • Look for content with the marketing team on a monthly basis
  • Run internal interviews, film interviewees, shoot and edit videos
  • Write the newsletter and send it


3/ Miscellaneous

  • Social Media
  • Creation of flyers, invitations, banners
  • Creation of powerpoint deck on metrics, results of campaigns etc
  • Logistics on events (organization of catering, customer meeting with sales, shipment of materials, goodies selection, design of booth with the design team etc)



Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

  • Required Education and Degree Type:  business school or equivalent, master level / Bac +4/5
  • Excellent writing skills in French, at native speaker level
  • Experienced with event, digital (social, web, email, digital) campaigns.
  • Salesforce knowledge would be a big plus.
  • Requires an excellent level of English written, read and spoken (many calls in English)


Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Comprehension of marketing in an digital environment, good sensibility to commerce and sales function in general
  • Must be comfortable with social interactions (phone, email, live)
  • Excellent organizational skills. Able to work quickly, prioritize and respect deadlines in autonomy.
  • Must be reliable, attention to details and precision are a must.
  • Can work in a flexible and autonomous environment with excellent collaboration skills. The team is used to work in group/teams all the time.
  • Skilled in software office applications (mail, word, excel, powerpoint, photoshop is a nice to have).


The role is in Montigny le Bretonneux (78) and is preferably an apprenticeship of 2 years starting in September 2024. There is “work from home” flexible policy in the team but you will be required to go at least 2 days per week in the office.
