INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION 

Ansys Speos, the leading photometric simulation software based on the physics of photon-matter interaction and integrated with CAD, allows our users to experience and validate the appearance and performance of their optical system through simulation. The candidate will work with the Speos Solver team to implement a solution to import and export geometries and optical properties from / to a glTF file. 

This will include a first step of research on the capabilities of the glTF format and on the software libraries that can read it. Then a solution will have to be implemented to read a glTF file and recreate the geometry and its optical properties in a format adapted to our software. Inversely, write glTF from geometry and optical properties come from our software. 

 

TRAINEE PROFILE 

Master 1 or 2, Engineer school 2nd and 3th 

Dev profile with C++ and Git knowledge
