Summary:
As our Supervisor, Customer Cyber Requests, you will be responsible for managing the daily intake of customer cybersecurity requests and assuring the requests are addressed in a timely, complete, and efficient manner. You will be responsible for directly managing our team of Customer Assessment Analysts, coordinating and working closely with Cybersecurity peers, Information Technology, multiple Business Units and Ansys customers to ensure that customer security requests are triaged and addressed. In addition, you will be responsible for developing new processes and procedures to streamline our customer request process, reduce time to completion, provide metrics and identify trends regarding customer security requests to ensure that Ansys is providing necessary controls to safeguard customer data.
Responsibilities:
- Review team responses to customer assessments and questions in a timely manner
- Lead effective communications with internal teams and customers to understand the request(s), determine how and where it should be addressed, and coordinate with and/or hand-off tasks/requests to the appropriate team as necessary.
- Work closely with and aid team members to ensure that the security needs of Ansys customers are met.
- Utilize and improve processes and knowledge management tools and procedures to enable Ansys to quickly answer customer inquiries
- Partner with a wide range of stakeholders within Ansys to understand their products and processes to ensure accurate responses regarding data security
- Review team input and determine suitability as needed to assist various business units when interacting with customers regarding cybersecurity issues
- Ownership of on-going efforts around building an increasingly automated and streamlined customer assessment response process
Minimum Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be able to self-initiate tasks, have an attention to detail, possess good spoken and written communication skills, and have a good sense of timeliness and urgency.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001
- Familiarity with all cybersecurity risk domains
- Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects effectively as well as provide a positive customer experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience directly working with Customers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cybersecurity-focused SANS/ISC2/CompTIA Certification, PMP or equivalent certification
