SUMMARY
In this role, the Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, supporting, and maintaining our Linux and container environments in both the development and production stages. In addition, you will collaborate with the Development Infrastructure Team to implement new projects and upgrades related to containers, ensuring the development environment is enhanced in the process. You will also use Google's Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodology to streamline new deployments and processes with a DevOps focus.This is an on-site/hybrid position in our Exton, PA office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support and maintain the Development and Production linux and container environments
• Automate tasks through scripting technologies
• Support and work with the AGI software development teams
• Perform server maintenance
• Test and apply OS, software, & hardware patches and security upgrades
• Ensure proper uniformity, documentation, and configuration control of servers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with Containers and Kubernetes (Rancher, containerd, etc.)
• Able to write custom and complex scripts, as well as maintain existing scripts (Python, YAML, and bash preferred)
• Competent in managing, developing, and using deployment automation tools (Ansible/AWX preferred)
• Competent in managing Linux Servers (CentOS/RHEL/Rocky preferred)
• Familiar with SSSD/Active Directory Linux integration
• Familiar with SELinux
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new technologies
• Competent in managing 3rd party repositories (Artifactory preferred)
• Experience working in a software development organization (Agile preferred)
• Technology stack understanding for troubleshooting (network, storage, etc.)
• Able to document work performed for cross pollination and repeatability
• Motivated and energetic team player
• Able to work independently and own tasks to completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Familiar with ZFS/btrfs
• Networking experience (routing, switching, firewalls)
• TS/SCI
