SUMMARY

 

The Office Administrator is responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the SCBU Chengdu office.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
•    Effective management of incoming calls and visitors reception.
•    Implement daily logistics work, including but not limited office environment check and monitoring, office facilities maintenance
•    Manage petty cash for the office
•    Be responsible for daily admin related payment application
•    Manage office supplies, including the purchasing application, stationery and the pantry supplies, etc.
•    Deal with local suppliers
•    Daily communication with property management
•    HR supporting for local office-including recruitment, new comer/exit assistance, etc.
•    Provide supporting work for office events, such as annual dinner, team building and birthday party, etc.
•    Other related duties as assigned and requested.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 
•    Minimum 5 years of office administration experience
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Attention to details and problem solving skills.
•    Ability to work independently
•    Good communication.
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and basic computer skills
•    Good English both in oral and written is a plus.
 
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
 
•    Bachelor degree in Business preferred
•    Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts preferred
