The Workforce Analytics Lead is a key role within the HR Services organization, delivering meaningful analytics and metrics around employee data. The Workforce Analytics Lead will be responsible for defining the strategy and build out the key deliverables of the Workforce Analytics function within the HR Services organization.

  • Lead the Workforce Analytics activities to provide meaningful and predictive analytics to business leaders
  • Conduct data mining and complex statistical analysis of available employee data to identify trends, areas of improvement and risks
  • Lead the research around human capital trends and practices using qualitative and quantitative scientific methods
  • Leverage Experience data, Operational data and Business Drivers to create metrics and dashboards
  • Design and implement processes for effective use of metrics and analytics
  • Collaborate with other key stakeholders to define and deliver employee experience surveys to gather experience data
  • Leverage digital intelligence to drive continuous improvement across cross functional areas
  • Assess HR operational KPI's and User Experience inputs to guide prioritization of service improvements
  • Consult with key stakeholders and business leaders around Workforce analytics
  • Act as data steward and partner closely with the Master Data Management team to build innovative Business Intelligence visualizations and dashboards around employee data


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of five (5) or more years of hands-on global experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Process Management, Program Management or Shared Services
  • Experience in data modeling, designing and developing business facing dashboards, and data visualizations
  • Experience in data mining and complex statistical analysis of HR data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective
  • Experience in working with global teams and working in a global ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations/Programs
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives; able to comfortably speak to business line managers and establish a communication cadence
  • Expert ability providing focus and drive in identifying and resolving issues that span organizations and partnerships, creating a shared vision for results



  • Good understanding of data analytics/warehousing tools such as Power BI and Snowflake
  • Good understanding of leveraging HRIS data from systems such as SuccessFactors for data analytic purposes
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to develop effective working relationships with various and diverse stakeholders
  • Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to operate with flexibility
  • Must be proficient with MS Office software (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives
