Join the Ansys Customer Excellence (ACE) team to drive customer adoption of Ansys solutions to achieve business success.  Using your engineering knowledge, you will be part of a passionate, dynamic team that deliver training and educational service (ES) activities to incubate, develop and transform Ansys userbase and continue grow their digital engineering competencies. You will also work with technical content developers and editors within ACE teams to bridge field teaching knowledge and feedback to guide our content portfolio and training platform development. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your technical knowledge & soft skills further while broadening the appeal of numerical simulation and Ansys products to a global market.​

This position has the ability to sit remotely within the United States. 


  • Assist/Lead in coordinating and executing all technical activities throughout the instructor-led training (ILT) lifecycle for Ansys ES business, such as teaching ILT classes within Ansys Learning Hub (ALH), deliver private classes onsite/online to Ansys commercial customers.​

  • As part of a team, moderate learning communities within ALH, interact with customers to drive adoption of Ansys products and ES offerings, provide learning coaching, mentoring and support to the ALH user community.​

  • Deliver training webinars,  tip & trick workshops and Q&A ILT sessions to drive high customer learning engagement in ALH.​

  • Develop Ansys product and engineering expertise, being able to teach at least 5 Ansys course topics​

  • Support technical content developer and editor to capture and deploy a library of Ansys standard courses and supplementals, such as FAQs, tips and tricks, How-to videos, knowledge base articles and other relevant learning contents into ALH.​

  • Support Ansys ES and overall business activities such as pitch of Ansys ES offerings, demonstrating ALH to customers, etc.​

  • Support strategic projects as needed by team, including but not limited to learning platform development & maintenance, business operations, service fulfillment.​



  • Required education background: Fluid dynamics or related field​

  • Required education and years of professional experience in an engineering software environment: BS+2, MS+0​

  • Demonstrated use of relevant Ansys CFD software or knowledge of other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages​

  • Excellent engineering teaching skills, including presenting technical contents & procedures, conduct interpersonal and conversational communications, answering learning questions and provide learning coaching, mentoring and supports.​

  • Logical problem-solving; fluent in writing and speaking English.​

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; possesses a sense of urgency; projects a professional image and demonstrates business acumen​

  • Driven to succeed; a proactive self starter and excellent team player; willing to offer support where needed.​
