SUMMARY
This role supports Learning & Development, DE&I and talent management initiatives to ensure their success. The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for delivering training content for the programs and learning courses company-wide. The focus of this role will be to create and facilitate innovative and engaging learning solutions across Ansys. This position will work directly with our business leaders and HR team members to develop effective, engaging and valuable learning solutions. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with business leaders to conduct L&D needs analyses and develop training recommendations
  • Develop individualized and group training curriculums that address business goals and strategic needs.
  • Design and develop custom eLearning courses
  • Develop presentations and documents in support of the department’s work
  • Apply adult learning principles to support the development and delivery of blended learning solutions across Ansys
  • Facilitates a variety of training workshops (in-person and virtually) to a diverse audience
  • Project management and coordination for all talent management initiatives and programs, including DE&I, training, performance management, engagement survey, M&A integrations
  • Provides process discipline around succession planning, high potential development plans and talent movement
  • Supports the administration of the Ansys Learning Management System to meet the growing training needs of the organization
  • Manges the team SharePoint sites, updating it with relevant content

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources a related field required
  • A minimum of five years experience in Human Resources
  • Strong proficiency with SharePoint, PowerPoint as well as HRIS and LMS systems
  • Proven success facilitating live and online training
  • Project management experience and skills
  • Strong communications skills

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of three years of Instructional or Curriculum Design
  • 5 or more years of experience in learning & development, talent management or a related field preferred
  • Experience in instructional design, including e-learning and scripting strongly preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
