SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive, end-to-end candidate experience from application, scheduling interviews to onboarding, as well as being at the front line of helping build effective, talent acquisition processes. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Engage candidates throughout the interview process, including but not limited to coordinating and managing onsite interviews, assisting with travel arrangements and ensuring the candidate’s experience was positive

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of transactional activities, including but not limited to initiating and tracking background checks, sending welcome packets, etc.

• Partner with the Director, Global Talent Acquisition on ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures, as well as federal, state and local laws related to employment

• Manage the employee referral program across the U.S., as well as identify areas of continuous process improvement

• Prepare and manage affirmative action plans for ANSYS

• Assist with vendor management activities, such as creating purchase orders, processing invoices, etc.

• As needed, handle recruitment for administrative and entry-level positions

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience, however, an equivalent combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration

• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and foster teamwork within and across the region

• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related discipline preferred

• Prior experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is strongly preferred, but not required

• Experience implementing and managing Affirmative Action plans is strongly preferred, but not required

• Previous experience participating in an OFCCP audit is strongly preferred, but not required
