Summary / Role Purpose

The senior sales analyst will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and market data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our promotional and sales activities. The successful senior sales analyst is able to analyze large amounts of data, accurately project sales trends, identify sales opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize sales strategies and increase market share.



Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales Maximum Renewal Potential reconciliation process to ensure accurate sales renewal pipeline
  • Support Americas sales team with ad hoc requests
  • Liaison between sales and sales order operations teams
  • Support integration of acquisitions through detailed understanding of renewal potential
  • Maintain sales account hierarchies in CRM
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales data.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and sales order operations teams.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluating sales performance.
  • Manage full cycle analytics projects to a successful outcome including communicating project and work statuses, accomplishments and roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to increase process efficiency.
  • Understand the evolving needs of the business to anticipate and deliver new reports and dashboards to drive additional business value.


Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

  • Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field with 3+ years of relevant analyst experience OR 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Salesforce CRM software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong projection and forecasting skills with the ability to understand the evolving needs of the business
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and in the local language of the territory
