The Sales Analyst – Global Sales Operations is responsible for supporting the global sales team with planning, forecasting, internal reporting, quota management and sales process optimization.  The Sales Analyst – Global Sales Operations will collaborate across functions, including with members of the global Sales Operations team, Commercial Systems team, and Finance team.




  • Participate in global planning process, with a focus on reporting and process improvement.  
  • Assist with routine forecast reports and all related analytics for completion and accuracy.  Understand and explain key trends and changes in the business. 
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal sales partners.  Influence and drive leaders to complete necessary actions on time.
  • Enhance Company’s utilization of its CRM systems through mastery of reporting capabilities.  Develop strong relationships with Commercial Systems team in order to effectuate change. 
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards and documents for the Sales Team as well as segment leaders and internal partners including Marketing, Product Business Units and Finance, providing proactive and reactive support for requests.
  • Collaborate with global sales operations teams to enhance consistency across regions.    
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset that helps define and implement process improvement opportunities



  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 3-5 years of sales operations or financial analysis experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Access and other enterprise reporting solutions
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to think independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to receive and process multiple requests efficiently
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information at the highest level



  • Prior experience in a sales environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
  • Inquisitive, avid learner, eager to identify solutions to problems
  • Assertive and must communicate expectations for deadlines clearly
  • Optimistic, high energy individual
  • Able to disseminate detailed, data driven requests into easy to understand deliverables
