SUMMARY

The Sales Analyst II will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and market data to guide our revenue operations and sales activities. The successful Sales Analyst II is able to analyze large amounts of data, accurately project sales trends, identify sales opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize sales strategies and increase market share. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile, analyze, and report on sales data 

  • Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends 

  • Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams 

  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives 

  • Monitor and evaluating sales performance 

  • Forecast demand, revenue, and expenses. Understand and explain key trends and changes in the business 

  • Determine sales potential and making recommendations 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to increase process efficiency 

  • Identify and optimize the true drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement and other metrics 

  • Participate in global planning process, with a focus on reporting and process improvement 

  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards and documents for the Sales Team as well as segment leaders and internal partners including Marketing, Product Business Units and Finance, providing proactive and reactive support for requests 

  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset that helps define and implement process improvement opportunities 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field with 3+ years of relevant of sales operations or financial analysis experience OR 7+ years of relevant experience. 

  • Strong research and data analysis skills 

  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Power BI and other enterprise reporting solutions 

  • Projection and forecasting skills with the ability to understand the evolving needs of the business  

  • Strong data analytics skills  

  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to receive and process multiple requests efficiently 

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information at the highest level 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Fluent in English and in the local language of the territory
