SUMMARY
To lead change management and talent development efforts to enable Ansys’ growth strategies to be successful. The Organizational Development Senior Manager is responsible for the creation, coordination, implementation, and management of training and personal development programs throughout Ansys. The role will build company-wide consistency, utilizing learning program design, development, implementation, and evaluation tools.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, plan and facilitate organization-wide change and culture efforts in a systematic way. Identify, design and facilitate appropriate change management efforts based upon the needs of the business. (migration to Cloud, systems implementations, M&A, leadership changes)
  • Lead and develop company-wide talent development efforts, such as career pathing, high potential development, mentoring programs, and talent assessments
  • Develop and manage competency frameworks for functional areas across the business
  • Drive the global performance management program, helping to improve performance coaching and differentiation in assessments
  • Lead career development efforts including identifying career sponsors, mentors, individual development plans
  • Design L&D curricula in support of the business direction and around the Ansys core competencies
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs and courses aligned with business needs

 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness or a related field required
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in Human Resources required
  • A minimum of five years of experience working in Organizational Development, leadership development or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing large-scale HR/OD programs and solutions 
  • Strong coaching, communication, collaboration skills

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Six or more years of experience working in organizational development, leadership development or a related field is preferred
  • Experience working in a global environment is preferred
