The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning and executing of field marketing activities that generate and accelerate pipeline aligned to industry and regional prioritiesThis role will work closely with sales, global marketing, and cross functional teams.


  • Support virtual, hybrid, and in-person online and offline programs for webinars, workshops, user groups, executive events, hands-on workshops and tradeshows
  • Assist in the research and identification of activities to connect with personas including users, manager, and executives (relevant associations, events, social outreach)
  • Support logistics, manage event registrations, coordinate with vendors, creating itineraries and ordering marketing collateral
  • Coordinate webinar/event content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing and database management
  • Contribute to metrics tracking and presentation support in addition to providing ad hoc reporting as needed 
  • Work on various marketing projects from inception through to completion, spanning across functional groups



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or Writing or closely related field or equivalent experience in a marketing coordinator role 
  • Prior internship or coordinator experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized 
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently move projects forward
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment 
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive, can do attitude 




  • Marketing internship experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with SalesForce or another CRM preferred
  • Prior experience working in a technical business setting with engineers or in engineering simulation is a plus
