The GTM Operations Coordinator provides administrative and project coordination support to the VP GTM Operations, Channel and Marketing and respective global leadership teams.  This role requires a high level of professionalism in dealing with senior business leaders inside and outside the organization, and a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.


• Support for GTM Operations onsite/offsite preparations, weekly staff agendas, town halls, and other management support activities 
• Prepare presentations and/or talking points geared towards all employees communications 
• Plan, direct and implement operations-related communications activities and strategy
• Polished communication skills; proven ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization
• Maintain daily calendars and own the scheduling process for all meetings for assigned managers
• Plan and organize business meetings and department events, including logistical support
• Coordinate domestic and international travel as requested
• Manage and administer Travel and Entertainment expense reporting and process invoices


• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional administrative support and/or project coordination role in a corporate setting
• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to effectively network and partner throughout the organization
• Demonstrated problem solving and planning skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and execute various tasks and projects
• Must have extensive knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
• Strong organization skills 
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while still maintaining a high-level of quality and accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated


• Bachelors degree in Marketing or English-related field is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data
• Prior experience in supporting a large global organization is preferred
