SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect within our organization. The Enterprise Architect will be an individual contributor role that will play a crucial role in aligning technology, business processes, and strategic objectives to drive innovation, optimize offerings, and enhance platform strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to achieve transformative results. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Alignment - Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals, product strategies, and platform objectives. Translate these into architectural strategies that enable efficient and effective execution. 
• Enterprise Architecture Development - Design and develop comprehensive enterprise architecture plans that encompass product management and pricing domains. Ensure alignment with overall business and IT strategies, fostering scalability, flexibility, and interoperability. 
• Management Oversight - Lead the design and implementation of enterprise lifecycle management processes, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing enhancement. Work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure that product roadmaps align with business objectives and customer needs. 
• Technology Integration - Identify and recommend technology solutions that support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and customize software systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Stay current with technology trends and innovations that can enhance product management and pricing capabilities. 
• Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and department heads to communicate architectural strategies, gather requirements, and foster alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of architectural initiatives and projects. 
• Risk Management - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data privacy, and security standards. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

• Proven experience (10+ years) in enterprise architecture and enterprise software development within complex organizations. Experience working in high paced Software industries a plus. 

• Strong background in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle ERP. Relevant industry certifications are required for acceptance into this role. 

• Strong understanding of business processes, product lifecycle management, and application methodologies. 

• Ability to travel between 25-30%.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities with experience engaging senior stakeholders. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
