  • Prepare documentation to transfer LC cases to the LC Specialist and/or Legal Firms and/or LC Agencies. Use the Case Management Software to document the case investigation and maintain historical records for all LC cases; find, access and update case information; and share critical case information across the LC organization. In addition, the LCI2 will coordinate calls and one-on-ones with the LC Specialist to review, continue to investigate and transfer the case.
