SUMMARY

Successful HR analyst plays a crucial role of collecting, structuring, analyzing, reporting qualitative and quantitative data/ trends. HR Analyst is a key member to support implementation of various modules of SuccessFactors Global HR Information System. HR Analyst helps ensure maximum efficiency for HR functions on areas such as employment trends, hiring, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, retention, and turnover rates. HR analyst is often detail-oriented with excellent people management skills to deal with varied stream of people both inside and outside the function each day.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for utilizing data and existing tools for the purpose of reporting, analytics, and dashboard development
  • Ad hoc data collation – gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from varied sources; including external sources such as macro market trends, survey data, etc.
  • Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports/ dashboards, ad hoc requests
  • Gather, benchmark and asses key data/ metrics about employment trends, hiring, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, retention, and turnover rates. Identify best practices
  • Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes
  • Optimizing and implementing processes and systems, develop & maintain relevant documentation
  • Adhere to policies and procedures/ standards and guidelines for data management, data quality, and data analytics

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in an Analyst role
  • Bachelor / Master's degree in Computer Science / Information technology / Information Systems, or related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using programming languages such as R, Python in visualization tools and systems such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Experience using SQL for accessing various database platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle)
  • Experience working on statistical and predictive analysis from data derived
  • Must have excellent communication and analytical skills backed with good business acumen
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to organize data and distinguish confidential data

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic understanding/ knowledge of HR fundamentals, practices, and procedures
  • Experience in creating integration between SuccessFactors and other cloud-based products and other on-premises solutions
